Do you sell building kits?
At this time, we only sell prefab sheds and other outdoor structures, not kits. But why wrestle with tools, hardware, and fitting kit pieces together when you can buy a prebuilt one for these incredible prices?
Need your shed or outbuilding assembled in an area that is inaccessible by truck? We can deliver your shed in pieces and assemble it on site for a small additional fee.

How do I know I can trust the quality of your product?

How is Rent-To-Own different from financing?
When you get a rent-to-own (we will refer to RTO from here on) building, versus a financed one, the customer has no obligation to continue making the payments if he/she gets in a financial bind later on. So if you get an RTO building from The Shed Builders and 6 months later you realize you are over leveraged, you can simply call in and have your building picked up and your payments stop. If you quit at anytime this does NOT hurt your credit (financing DOES NOT work this way) and if you call in to cancel your rental and later you need another building you can order another one and for being upfront on your first one you will not even hurt your credit/relationship with The Shed Builders.
Does Shed Builders do Rent-To-Own for On-Site builds?
No. Sometimes customers say, “I know company x offers financing on site builds.” Financing and RTO are not apples for apples.
Will I need a permit?
Most times yes and most counties require the home owner to get their own permit. The Shed Builders will gladly provide the customer with the building plans that the permitting office may require in order to issue a building permit. Each permit office has different requirements and we will do our best to assist you.
How long does it take to get a shed?
We can get your shed or other building to you relatively quickly. From purchase to delivery is usually about 2-3 weeks. When it comes to delivering a quality product, we’re as excited about delivering your building to you as you are to get it!
Does Shed Builders provide site prep and concrete work?
The Shed Builders does not provide site prep and concrete work for sheds or carports.
What is the warranty on sheds?
Valid on all items with specified year warranties (7 year), (5 year), (3 year). All service orders are subject to a $50 handling fee paid prior to work completed.
The Shed Builders, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that your product is free from defects in material or workmanship upon delivery, and will repair or replace any components that do not provide reasonable service under normal use, for a period of seven (7) , five (5) years , or three (3) years depending on product, from the date of purchase. Correction by repair or replacement of materials or workmanship in your product, which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective, shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of The Shed Builders under this warranty. In order for this warranty to be valid, all exposed surfaces must be resealed every 18 months for T1-11 products (proof of sealer purchase required) and properly maintained. The Shed Builders shall not be liable for any installation or re-installation costs or for the natural characteristic of some wood to split, warp, or twist. This warranty shall not apply to any product or any part thereof which has been damaged by fire, flood, water, earthquake, earth movement, hail, wind, adverse weather conditions, vandalism, theft, act of God, accident or other event, or a casualty which is customarily covered by homeowners’ insurance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Can you deliver my building to me?
Absolutely! Our delivery fee is based on the distance you are from our manufacturing facility. For most customers the cost is very minimal. We’ll have our in-house delivery crew truck your building to your location. We can position the building and get it set up for you as well. That’s white glove service!
If you need your building to be set up in an area that is not accessible by our delivery truck, we can deliver your building in pieces and assemble it on site for a small additional fee.
